JOB SUMMARY
The employee provides support for lesson planning & materials; provides support for the homeroom teacher to conducts instruction and evaluates and assesses both instructional materials and student performance; organizes and participates in co-curricular activities. The Employee meets with parents, interprets and records students’ progress, and informs parents/guardians about students’ strengths, weaknesses and develops a learning improvement plan for each student.
1. Provide the teaching support for the homeroom teacher in subject or teaching area
2. Assist the communication with stakeholders in school in the form of recording of students’ progress, attendance and other important data or report
3. Display competence in both classroom and student management as well as display a professional attitude to personal and organizational development
4. Be responsible for co-curricular activities or other school activities as assigned
5. Take part in various school activities or other work-related duties as assigned
6. Present a positive role model for students that supports the mission of the school and maintains a professional relationship will all colleagues, students, parents, and community members
