Developing and executing the trade marketing plan in line with sales and marketing objectives
Analyzing, reporting and interpreting store specific data in order to drive growth of brand visibility and product sales
Improving brand presence and campaign execution across trade; through excellence in in-store planning, execution, and tracking in alignment with the annual marketing priorities
Leading and implementing channel-specific marketing strategies and plans for assigned retailers, and ensuring that they are achieved
Conceptualizing and executing trade promotions and rolling out impactful in-store campaigns in collaboration with marketing and sales teams
Leading activation programs with partners to improve brand visibility
Visiting to stores and outlets regularly to ensure that the brand is visible
Building, encouraging and maintaining strong business partnerships with retailers
Responsibly educating retailers on product and category knowledge as well as on trading terms
Meeting, and exceeding, performance targets
Continually developing your skills to adapt to the changing industry and regulatory environment

Bachelor’s degree
Having knowledge of marketing strategies, channels, and branding
Superb leadership, communication, and collaboration abilities
Exceptional analytical and are comfortable dealing with numerical data
Strong time management and organizational skills
Experience as a trade representative in an FMCG environment, Alcohol/Liquor field is a plus
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
A customer focused approach & solutions driven mentality
An understanding of trends and an ability to respond to customers’ wishes
Excellent planning and prioritization skills
Able to handle pressure well and work in a fast-paced environment.
Able to commit on weekends/public holidays (if require)
Good understanding of MS office suite of applications
