Role and Responsibilities

• Work closely with Retail Merchandising Manager to develop the trendy and update global and local fashion demanding
• Stylist understands the creative direction from Retail Merchandising Manager for each season and translates ideas into key looks in partnership with merchandising and marketing.
• In partnership with manager close to merchandiser and Sales team to ensure selects are connected with the in-store visual merchandising strategies.
• Executes styling and outfitting trends based on company direction from future floor sets and updates.
• Partner with visual merchandising, merchandising and marketing team during style review to present product to leadership.
• Works with the visual merchandiser during floor set to style all forms within the box based on color stories and key distortions.
• Be the in-store expert within the team ensuring awareness of key market trends and fostering strong relationship with retail operation team.
• Share your knowledge and excitement about fashion by creating promotional displays that show off our latest merchandise for in-store event.
• Support the marketing and visual merchandising strategy to set and deliver a consistent styling handwriting for all mannequins and in-store.
• Work with the visual merchandising and marketing team to ensure the key visual styling direction and principle reflect the key trends and support the brand’s vision.
• Work hand-in-hand with merchandising team to ensure the key trends and lines are featured, and the styling principles are set to ensure they are consistent across the whole customer journey
• Deliver clear styling direction and principle to the retail operation team to allow delivery of consistent guideline that are on time.
• Training and guide to retail operation team to educate the customers of seasonal and trendy styling direction and color palate.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

Bachelor degree or Diploma in fashion merchandising or visual communication

Minimum 1-3 years’ experience in fashion retail and styling industry

Startup experience is a plus

Preferred Skills

Creative design skill, Sketching and fashion design

Understand and follow VM guideline and sales report

Strong styling and visual merchandising skill

Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, or other visual design tools

Extremely organized
