3.Develop and manage relationships with key distribution partners (retailers, agents, brokers) to ensure effective promotion and sales of insurance products.
4.Negotiate and establish mutually beneficial partnership agreements with distribution channels.
5.Provide ongoing training and support to partners to ensure they have the knowledge and resources to effectively sell insurance products.
6.Collaborate with the Product team to develop competitive and profitable pricing strategies for insurance products.
7.Monitor market trends and competitor pricing to ensure our insurance offerings remain attractive to customers.
8.Partner with the Finance team to develop and implement revenue forecasting and budgeting models for insurance products.
9.Generate regular reports and presentations to communicate sales performance, customer acquisition costs (CAC), and revenue generated from insurance products to stakeholders.
10.Analyze market data and customer feedback to identify new growth opportunities and areas for product or pricing improvement.
