Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Head of Sales to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales leadership roles within the distribution sector, with a deep understanding of market dynamics, customer needs, and industry trends.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team, providing guidance, support, and training as needed.
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to expand market reach and penetration.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify areas for improvement and optimize performance.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments, including marketing, operations, and finance, to ensure alignment and drive business success.
  • Stay informed about industry developments, competitor activities, and market trends to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.

  • Excellent negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
  • Ability to think strategically and drive results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
