  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.

  • Oversee the recruitment and hiring process, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.

  • Manage employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and terminations.

  • Develop and implement performance management processes to ensure employee productivity, engagement, and development.

  • Develop and oversee training and development programs to enhance employee skills and competencies.

  • Administer employee compensation and benefits programs, including payroll processing, salary benchmarking, and benefits administration.

  • Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures to ensure consistency and fairness across the organisation.

  • Provide HR support and guidance to managers and employees on a wide range of HR-related topics.

  • Stay up-to-date with HR trends and best practices and recommend improvements to HR policies and procedures.

  • Oversee day-to-day office operations and ensure that administrative tasks are completed efficiently and accurately.

  • Develop and implement office policies and procedures to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

  • Manage office budgets and expenses and identify opportunities for cost savings.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for external vendors and service providers.

  • Support HR & Admin activities and contribute to various projects as assigned by management.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources management or equivalent.

  • Master Degree in Business Administration is a plus

  • At least 5 years experience in Human Resources management role.

  • Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with colleagues.

  • Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and employment laws.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Experience in FMCG/Distribution companies is a plus.

  • Excellence in written & verbal communication in Myanmar & English languages is mandatory.

  • Able to travel if needed.
