Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
Oversee the recruitment and hiring process, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
Manage employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and terminations.
Develop and implement performance management processes to ensure employee productivity, engagement, and development.
Develop and oversee training and development programs to enhance employee skills and competencies.
Administer employee compensation and benefits programs, including payroll processing, salary benchmarking, and benefits administration.
Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures to ensure consistency and fairness across the organisation.
Provide HR support and guidance to managers and employees on a wide range of HR-related topics.
Stay up-to-date with HR trends and best practices and recommend improvements to HR policies and procedures.
Oversee day-to-day office operations and ensure that administrative tasks are completed efficiently and accurately.
Develop and implement office policies and procedures to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
Manage office budgets and expenses and identify opportunities for cost savings.
Serve as the primary point of contact for external vendors and service providers.
Support HR & Admin activities and contribute to various projects as assigned by management.

Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in human resources management or equivalent.
Master Degree in Business Administration is a plus
At least 5 years experience in Human Resources management role.
Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with colleagues.
Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and employment laws.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Experience in FMCG/Distribution companies is a plus.
Excellence in written & verbal communication in Myanmar & English languages is mandatory.
Able to travel if needed.
