Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies to identify and attract top talent for open positions.
Utilize various sourcing channels; online job boards, social media, and employee referrals.
Assist in the employment process by arranging interviews, contacting candidates, and sorting the applications.
Have knowledge about up-to-date on current recruitment trends and best practices.
Maintain and update employee records in accordance with company policies and legal requirements.
Onboard new recruits and ensure a smooth transition into the company.
Handle the employee database well and prepare HR-related reports and data.
Coordinate and manage employee relations activities, including disciplinary actions and grievances.
Perform any other tasks assigned by supervisor, depend on the urgent and important needs.

Job Requirements

Any Bachelor's degree holder with Diploma in HR/Certificate.
Minimum 3 years of professional working experience in HR background.
Passion for talent acquisition and a strong understanding of the current recruitment landscape.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Familiar with using HRIS system and strong analytical skills.
Understand of HR policies and procedures, Myanmar labor Law, SSB Law and PIT.
Able to work under pressure and must be result oriented.
Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in English both in speaking and writing.
