Job Description

A Big Opportunity for ...

  • Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies to identify and attract top talent for open positions.
  • Utilize various sourcing channels; online job boards, social media, and employee referrals.
  • Assist in the employment process by arranging interviews, contacting candidates, and sorting the applications.
  • Have knowledge about up-to-date on current recruitment trends and best practices.
  • Maintain and update employee records in accordance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Onboard new recruits and ensure a smooth transition into the company.
  • Handle the employee database well and prepare HR-related reports and data.
  • Coordinate and manage employee relations activities, including disciplinary actions and grievances.
  • Perform any other tasks assigned by supervisor, depend on the urgent and important needs.

Job Requirements

  • Any Bachelor's degree holder with Diploma in HR/Certificate.
  • Minimum 3 years of professional working experience in HR background.
  • Passion for talent acquisition and a strong understanding of the current recruitment landscape.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Familiar with using HRIS system and strong analytical skills.
  • Understand of HR policies and procedures, Myanmar labor Law, SSB Law and PIT.
  • Able to work under pressure and must be result oriented.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in English both in speaking and writing.
