Master or bachelor’s degree in business management or Human Resources Management Minimum 5 years of working experience in a related field. Strong knowledge about HR rules and regulations and current Labour Law Expert in communication and negotiation skill. Must be conduct training programs for the employee. Ability to multitask and perform under tight deadlines. Able to work with teams and other departmental heads to achieve a common goal. Positive attitude, detail, and customer oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability.
