A bank is looking for HRIS Manager to join the team. Kindly see the following information for your reference. 

  • Oversee the daily operation of our HR Information Systems.
  • Lead the implementation of HR Database, HCM, LMS, and L&D Data, including conducting needs assessments, vendor selection, and project planning.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless integration and alignment with organizational requirement.
  • Creating and generating various HR reports as needed by the organization
  • Ensure data integrity and accuracy within HR Database, HCM, LMS, and L&D systems.
  • Collaborating with Internal HR Team, IT Team, and management to identify system improvements and enhancements.
  • Develop HR reports and Power BI dashboards to visualize HR and L&D data trends and provide timely metrics, trends, collect necessary data, design manuals and generate ad-hoc reports.
  • Providing technical support for HRIS including, first level troubleshooting and resolving system issues.
  • Provide Project Management for key HR projects, actively participate in project analysis activities utilizing the HR functional expertise
  • Ensuring the HRIS complies with all relevant laws and company policies.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in HRIS administration or a related role, with demonstrated proficiency in managing HR Database, HCM, LMS, and L&D systems.
  • Experience in project management and system implementation.
  • Familiarity with HR processes and data.
  • Proficiency in HRIS reporting tools, Microsoft Excel, and Power BI for data analysis, visualization, and reporting.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
  • Ability to work to strict deadlines.
  • Deep knowledge of upstream and downstream master data impacts.Demonstrated strong written and oral communication skills, and presentation skills.
