  • To analyze Fixed traffic and TT (Trouble Ticket) trend to improve service quality
  • To Enhance the analysis (Find out relationship between Fixed traffic and others data) to get the best results
  • To make traffic and TT analysis report timely
  • To present traffic analysis report to DGMs, Directors & CTOs accurately
  • To visualize and disclose traffic data to related departments to accomplish the solution of customer feedback
  • To learn, introduce and maintain automation (E.g., RPA, Excel VBA, Python)
