Responsible for planned and corrective maintenance work order execution and maintenance coordination at plant floor level. They are also responsible for ensuring that the Maintenance Plan is developed and properly executed for all equipment in the area.

• Accurately perform the required procedures. To achieve a productive performance target (AU).
• Solve problems related to manufacturing equipment (Preventive Maintenance)
• Prepare daily reports and write work orders.
• Participates in monitoring the performance of the production team (eg : daily morning meeting) and can provide useful information on the development of production. Continuous Improvement and Unplanned Downtime. (UPDT).
• Do WO which is related to all Production areas.
• Work with Line technician for Improvement and major breakdown job
• Mechanical / Electrical modification
• Coordinate with maintenance planner to close all WO
• Teach and consult all line technicians for spare part knowledge.
• Leader to do all PM / Calibration / thermo-scan activities .
• Work with Project Team to do Installation jobs for new equipment.
   

• EDUCATION: Graduated in Engineering, Preferable with Mechanical, Electrical or related fields
• MINIMUM EXPERIENCE: 2-3 years of engineering experiences in related field
• SKILL/KNOWLEDGE : Operational repair & maintenance of machine, Understand production techniques in Factory, safety at work, understanding on GMP, teamwork, effective supervision skill, basic 4 skill in English, basic computer skill
