Job Description

Implement preventative maintenance measures
Maintain inventory of chemical, repair equipment and supplies
Operate and monitor equipment during operation to ensure quality production and minimal unplanned stop
Communicate with team members and support teams to ensure continuous production of the correct product at high quality levels with minimal wasted time and materials
Maintains log of operation parameters in shift
Complete inspection of machines and equipment
Participate in AM/PM activities and perform other maintenance duties as requested
Observe abnormal process and equipment related issues and inform the Utility Engineer
Perform and participate in energy savings scopes as assigned
Maintain awareness of safety requirements on job activity

Job Requirements

EDUCATION: Graduated in Engineering, Preferable with Mechanical, Electrical or related fields
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE: 1-2 years of engineering experiences in related field
SKILL/KNOWLEDGE : Basic knowledge of water and wastewater, testing and operation of equipment, safety at work, understanding on GMP, teamwork, effective supervision skill, basic 4 skill in English, basic computer skill
