Job Description

A Fantastic Opportunity for ...

  • Analyze and monitor daily S&D reports and sales performances and alert to regional team.
  • Execute day-to-day S&D operations and support ground issues as per requested
  • Define a strategy to enhance KPI, aligning it with regional team & sales head in order to drive the business to meet the objectives.
  • Work with cross functional team & sales head for implementation of partners & channel sales representative KPIs based on market situation and competitors’ activities.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly S&D performance desk for management.
  • Coordinate with Tech Data team to enhance S&D KPI and Reports in system.
  • Work collaboratively with cross function team and sale head to enhance SOP in line with rules & regulations.
  • Monitor and guideline to sales associate in order to run operation smoothly

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Statistics, Economics, etc
  • Minimum 2 years of experience working for data analysis and modeling.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze and interpret complex data.
  • Proficiency in data visualization and reporting tools such as Power BI, or Excel.
  • Good language proficiency both in Myanmar & English
  • Experience working with large datasets and database management systems.
  • Proficiency in data visualization, analyzing and reporting tools such as Microsoft Dynamic AX or Power BI and Excel.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to interpret and present the analytical reports to respective departments.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
