  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities by prospecting potential customers, conducting market research.
  • Cultivating solid relationships with major customers to ensure a continuous flow of sales revenue.
  • Identifying promising prospects through cold-calling, networking, and customer referrals.
  • Activate and handle B2B sales quote management.
  • Effectively explaining to customers the features and advantages of providing services.
  • Conducting in-depth research on competitors' products, pricing, and market success to gain insight into customer preferences and interests.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to a team of sales executives, set performance targets, and support their professional development.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree , Diploma in Sales & Marketing.
  • Proven 5 Years B2B sales management experience in FMCG Field.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and techniques.
  • Excellent sales discipline and able to work under pressure.
  • Excellent communication skills and professional attitude.
  • Good interpersonal, negotiation & communication skills.
  • Must be computer literate (Microsoft Packages).
