A Fantastic Opportunity for ...

  • Handling the complete recruitment life cycle, i.e., right from understanding the profile to sourcing and screening, telephonic interview, coordination of interviews, salary negotiation, reference check, offer process and final joining.
  • Cooperate with respective hiring managers to identify manpower requirements and candidate selection criteria.
  • Identifying and recruiting prospective candidates using a variety of channels such as job portals, social media, LinkedIn, references, etc.
  • Assessing candidates to ensure qualification match, cultural fit and compatibility
  • Conducting confidential interviews & checking references.
  • Present shortlisted candidates and provide detailed profile summaries.
  • Maintain vacancy tracker, applicant tracker & maintain reports diligently (pipeline, offers, candidates’ details)
  • Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events to build a strong candidate pipeline.

Job Requirements

  • Any Bachelor Degree or Business Management/Administration, having Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Human Resource Management is preferred
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a specialist in recruiting.
  • Experience hiring for roles of all levels and functions, technical and non-technical.
  • Strong knowledge of interview techniques and candidate’s selection methods.
  • Previous experience with candidate sourcing tools and methods.
  • Effective negotiation, influencing and communication skills.
  • Past exposure of volume hiring will be an added advantage.
