Prepare civil and geotechnical design drawings (strutted excavations / ground anchor or soil nail tie back scheme / ground improvement / slopes / geological profile) Prepare strut steelworks design drawings Update and maintain current drawings / documentation Coordinate with Design Engineer on production of drawings Works in Yankin office and liaise closely with Engineer in Singapore
Estimate BOQ for RC, Steel Structure, Architectural works for projects and quotation proposal (For Building QS) Estimate BOQ for Electrical work such as cable length, SSO lighting point qty. Prepare BOQ for tender and necessary documents for submission Measuring, preparing and providing of variation order on sites Search and inquiry the new contractors and suppliers Check demand from site engineer Price negotiation with contractors and suppliers Valuing completed work and arranging payments The preparation of bills and schedules of quantities of materials, labor and services required in the construction and equipment of building, or engineering works Assist and Report to Sr QS / Contract Manager Performs other duties as assigned Selected candidate will be hired as independent contractor and works from Yangon office at Myanmar Plaza.
