Perform day-to-day clerical duties such as document handling, supplies purchasing, travel booking, expense reimbursement, stock keeping, employee service, etc. Prepare and modify documents including correspondences, reports, memo, etc. Participate in department and company meetings and support company initiatives. Supervise Vehicles controlling and maintenance. To take any other relevant duties as assigned by Manager.
