Assistant Vice President (Card Business - Consumer Banking Department) Duties and Responsibilities Perform product development of Master Credit card, including new product launch, overview the portfolio of launch cards product. Products Collaterals including T&C, Product information, risk, CBM compliance and ensure the Bank’s. Market’s research for creating & promotions for card product. Manage UAT process for the Card Issuing & Acquiring new product testing after business requirements. Closely work with CMS IT & Operations team during UAT period and participate testing for other project activities as require. Identify the data of testing, analyses the test results & reporting. Create test cases, test script, end to end UAT testing and documentation. Reviewing the UAT process to be in alignment with business goals. Officer (Card Business - Consumer Banking Department) Duties and Responsibilities Perform on market trends and competitor analysis. Liaise with PGAD & CXM for administration tasks, programs, KV and content amendments on website. Appointment with rewards merchants & make the contracts. Email & SMS blast for credit card & debit cardholder for information announcement. Build a good relationship with customers and merchants. Monthly KPI presentation power points preparing for reporting to Assistant Manager. Responsible to prepare data analyzing report and product report. Analysis and review on market trends. Assist to training for product knowledge to branches the staff. Establishment of regular report for section head. Duties and Responsibilities Responsible is Servers, Storages, SAM switch, Oracle Solaris systems, Microsoft and Linux Operation systems. Responsible for managing Servers at DC and DR. Implementation, Monitoring, solving, status performance checking Oracle Sparc servers, storages, SAN Switch, Oracle VMs, Microsoft servers and VMware Guest OS. Support daily operations to servers and storages such as capacity management, performance monitoring, provisioning, and network systems connectivity. Manage and administration Servers and support application install such as MS-AD, DNS, FTP and Web. Installation, configuration and maintain hard drives of HP/DELL/Cisco/Oracle Spec servers and storages. Troubleshoot systems to identify and fix performance issues. Duties and Responsibilities Responsible for Software Define Network, Firewalls, Load Balancers, Routers, Switches and monitoring tools. Responsible for handling issues in user network and firewalls such as adding, requesting for service and URL access by adding requested ports and zones. Responsible for firewall and support to meet 99.9% availability. Responsible for resolving daily network issues related with core network, users’ network as per requirement. 24/7 Standby and proactive for network incidents.
