Officer (Card Business - Consumer Banking Department)

Duties and Responsibilities

• Perform on market trends and competitor analysis.
• Liaise with PGAD & CXM for administration tasks, programs, KV and content amendments on website.
• Appointment with rewards merchants & make the contracts.
• Email & SMS blast for credit card & debit cardholder for information announcement.
• Build a good relationship with customers and merchants.
• Monthly KPI presentation power points preparing for reporting to Assistant Manager.
• Responsible to prepare data analyzing report and product report.
• Analysis and review on market trends.
• Assist to training for product knowledge to branches the staff.
• Establishment of regular report for section head.
• Email & SMS blast for credit card & debit card replacement, promotions & awareness posts. (Infobip System).
• Liaise with card scheme for marketing programs.
• Supporting collateral and related POSM matter for those merchants.
• Survey on customer satisfaction report twice a year.
• Perform others ad-hoc as assigned by section head (including office note approvals, branch AKKS, administration tasks & power point).

Requirements

• Any Bachelor Degree and Diploma in Business management or related fields is an advantage
• Have at least 3 years of working experience (experience in banking and marketing sector is preferable)
• Good communication skill, negotiation skill, presentation skills and interpersonal skills
• Can work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Good positive attitude, collaborative team player
• Expert or Proficient MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
• Good command of verbal and written English language
