Business Unit: Operations & Maintenance Department The Reliability Engineer works under the general direction of Head of Reliability or Section Leaders. Support and contribute to Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) and process safety performance. Conduct in-depth reliability studies and calculations to determine equipment/system reliability. Perform root cause analysis (RCA) to prevent future failures and improve facilities reliability. Prepare detailed reports and presentations for management and stakeholders on reliability findings and recommendations. Initiate engineering studies into equipment/process failures and present analysis details for review and feedback from engineering dsciplines and management. Manage the Unplanned Shutdown Report (USR) system. Develop and implement reliability improvement strategies and monitor their effectiveness. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop, implement and optimise maintenance strategies. Provide technical support and training to operations and maintenance personnel on reliability best practices. Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to equipment reliability and maintenance management process. Perform detailed reliability studies and calculations to determine equipment and system reliabilities. Conduct root cause analyses to prevent future failures and develop action plans to correct reliability problems. Assess the impact of costs on recommended action plans for avoiding or correcting reliability issues. Develop cost-effective strategies to improve equipment reliability and prevent downtime. Plan and perform engineering research, design development, or manufacturing/process engineering assignments. Take responsibility for major subsections of complex projects, applying general engineering practices and reliability principles to achieve project goals. Recognise that assignments are broad in nature, requiring considerable originality and ingenuity. Exercise considerable latitude for decisions to achieve improvement objectives. Adhere to company safety and health guidelines, as well as other company policies and procedures. Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities in reliability management processes and practices. Prepare and present technical reports, reliability data, and analysis findings to stakeholders. Maintain accurate and comprehensive documentation of reliability studies and improvement initiatives. Provide training and mentorship to junior engineers and technicians to enhance their understanding of reliability principles and practices. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project, production, and maintenance, to integrate reliability improvements into all phases of operation. Perform other related duties as assigned by the management.
Business Unit: Operations & Maintenance Department Ensure familiar with all Operational and Maintenance procedures Assist with preparation of contracts and liaison with subsea service providers for various subsea inspection, repair and maintenance activities Management of subsea intervention campaigns using remotely operated vehicles, including rigorous action closure associated to the management of change Monitor subsea integrity management activities as assigned, and report any findings/anomalies to Subsea & AIM TA Travel offshore on regular basis Utilization of the CMMS (Computer Maintenance Management system) Develop own progress in Company Competency system Assist to develop a team culture and comply with other activities and requests of management Responsible for own safety and the protection of others Ensure proper usage of personal protective equipment (PPE), when on site (Yard or Offshore) Be a part of investigation team for any incident or incidents in which you were either involved or a witness
