Business Unit: Operations & Maintenance Department

• Ensure familiar with all Operational and Maintenance procedures
• Assist with preparation of contracts and liaison with subsea service providers for various subsea inspection, repair and maintenance activities
• Management of subsea intervention campaigns using remotely operated vehicles, including rigorous action closure associated to the management of change
• Monitor subsea integrity management activities as assigned, and report any findings/anomalies to Subsea & AIM TA
• Travel offshore on regular basis
• Utilization of the CMMS (Computer Maintenance Management system)
• Develop own progress in Company Competency system
• Assist to develop a team culture and comply with other activities and requests of management
• Responsible for own safety and the protection of others
• Ensure proper usage of personal protective equipment (PPE), when on site (Yard or Offshore)
• Be a part of investigation team for any incident or incidents in which you were either involved or a witness

• Engineering Degree or above, in Subsea, Offshore or Mechanical Engineering
• Good command of English both verbal and written
• Good leadership skills, along with communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to organize own work and meet strict deadlines
• Computer-literate in Data base/ spreadsheet and relevant software (Word, Excel, etc.)
• With a good understanding of all necessary regulations related to Oil & Gas
• Experience in engineering and delivery of subsea ROV operations and/or project management
• Knowledge of subsea production system and pipelines, and corrosion management
• Experience in commissioning and starting up subsea systems
• Have ability to organize own work and meet strict deadlines
• Good AutoCAD skill and knowledge of Finite Element Analysis (FEA) software
• BOSIET training compliance certificate but not mandatory
