Work closely with the marketing team to create innovative advertising campaigns and Understanding of the current real estate and F&B market trends Create scripts for all marketing Write new content for paid advertising including social media posts (Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok & etc., ) Take on writer responsibilities on branded content projects Collaborate with research, editorial, consultants, and other writers Collaborate and brainstorming with designers , campaign manager and creative team for new idea and strategies and maintain branding requirements Edit and proofread content for clarity, grammar, and punctuation. Conduct thorough research on industry-related topics and trends. Ensure all written content aligns with the tone and style of our brand.
