  • Must be able to know client rqruirements 
  • Handle to customer inquiries , maintaining accurate sales records 
  • Must be able to find new sales markets by report to Sales Manager
  • Sales target must always be met 
  • Can explain to customer complain & nego skill
  • Must be able to make sales calls to client
  • Determine customer's needs & want & suggest
  • To collaborate with the sales team & other departments to coordinate activities share information and support the overall sales process

Job Requirements

  • Must be able to work immediately.
  • Any graduate (or) handle to Sales & Marketing certificate
  • Minimum of 2yrs of experience in sales ( More suitable in Real Estate Industry Background)
  • Must be able to use Microsoft office (word, excel) 
  • Must have experience of real estate sales
  • Must be able to sell project sales target
  • Able to travel the developer project and communication well with the client
  • Good communication and customer service & team work
