Handle full spectrum of financial and cost accounting role eg. AR, AP, GL, forecasting, budgeting etc Responsible for day-to-day finance and, account's operations Ensure that all necessary documents are requested, collected and complied Ensure to monitor and mentor the senior & Junior accountants Check, monitor, remind and guide subordinates to follow the rules and regulations. Prepare statements and reports of estimated future costs and revenue. Preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports such as P & L, Balance Sheet & Trail Balance and ensure timely closing of accounts. Review & approve payment vouchers & journal entries Able to have Analytica, critical thinking and problem-solving skills Able to finish the reports & tasks are assigned by BOD or management within deadline Understanding of up-to-date Myanmar Corporate Laws, IFRS, Taxes & Regulations Coordination and collaboration with related department Conduct other ad-hoc assigned by HOD and Management Team.
Responsibility to staff and direct the team to – manage the manufacturing element of the organization ensuring high quality business activities with maximum efficiency, service and profitability for the organization. – ensuring that the team understands that the organization’s profits and achievements are reflected in all its operations and activities – including relationships and risk management – meet your targets and those of the team as a whole – the smooth running of the manufacturing organization and team – contribute to training and development of the team – assist Line Manager in achieving maximum customer satisfaction in accordance with organization plans – maintain overall organization responsibility for performing all duties in compliance with related manufacturing legal/statutory regulations, professional duties, responsibilities and obligations Day to day responsibilities agreed with your manager to include: – manage, direct and monitor the overall performance of the manufacturing organization – effective liaison, support and assistance with the whole of the organization – maintain and improve mechanisms for manufacturing and all organization activities, including surveying and measuring the manufacturing operations, process, outcomes and profitability and disseminate feedback to the appropriate internal entities – utilize agreed systems to manage the organization’s functions, analysis and documenting – direct the development of plans for the organization to achieve targets – developing plans for the organization’s progress and growth – support to all other departments in matters related to manufacturing, e.g. procurement of materials. Maintenance – subject to agreed criteria, recruitment, training, set action and targets, appraise and manage performance, development, coaching and general support of all team members to ensure targets are met – reporting (content and format as agreed) on a monthly basis or as otherwise required – developing plans for team activities to include strategy to achieve targets – assist in the development and preparation of the strategy and general business planning of the organization as a whole. – delegate authority and responsibility to team with supervision, accountability and review – set an example for team members of commitment, manufacturing process expertise, work ethics and habits and personal character – maintain accurate records – responsibly use resources and control expenses to meet budgetary controls – adhere to all organization policies and procedures – interact and co-operate with all members of the organization, its suppliers and customers
Concept development and implementation for the entire communication material respective product Brands. Develop illustration, logos and other designs using software. Illustrating concepts by designing examples of art arrangement, size, type size and style and submitting them for approval. Preparing finished art by operating necessary equipment and software. Develop innovative & creative ideas for all the Brand related items. (Packaging, POSM, etc.) Camping Creation for Events, Ceremony, Party and some job fair project. Define and assess color, layout, composition, and themes with brand concept Involve in setting creative direction of brands & briefing to agency Accomplish the assigned tasks in time. Participate in events, promotion, or marketing activities if required.
Act as the point of contact between the COO and internal/external clients Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence Handle requests and queries appropriately Manage diary and schedule meetings and appointments Make travel arrangements Take dictation and minutes Source office supplies Produce reports, presentations and briefs Devise and maintain office filing system
Check Daily finished goods transfers with good issue note to all Branches. Check Daily Report from Factory with documents. Prepare Daily stock report for finished goods of factory. Check daily & monthly stock In / Out of warehouse with daily sales and other issues. (Factory, HO & all branches) Data Entry of finished goods purchase/receive transaction of all Branches. Prepare Monthly Finished Goods stock report. Prepare Monthly Finished Goods In / Out balance region by region. Prepare Production and Finished Goods Stock Report Monthly Stock taking of HO finished goods. Check closing stock with ground stock taking report. Prepare Monthly COGS report.
