Conduct credit checks on new and potential customers
Implement debt collection policies and regulations of the company
Implementing deadlines for invoicing payment collection
Monitoring the invoicing and money collection processes
Ensuring the timely collection of payments
Negotiate with customers in cases when non-payment occurs
Preparing monthly feedback reports on payment collection
Keeping records of invoices, deposits, and all correspondence regarding payment collection
Remaining informed of any legislation procedural training regarding debt collection
Respond daily sale report
Lead Lucky Draw Process and Report
Respond by procedures for day-to-day transactions and need to inform Dept Head every task
Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned by FM & CFO

Job Requirements
Any graduated, LCCI Level (III)
At least 5 years experiences in AR position
The ability to work accurately
