Job Description

A Big Opportunity for ...

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the management team.
  • Prepare tour itinerary commentaries.
  • Schedule meetings and appointments and manage calendars.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails
  • Maintain and organize office files and records.
  • Coordinate and oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and adherence to company policies.
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of operational policies and procedures.
  • Monitor and report on operational performance and suggest improvements.
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently.
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by providing timely and accurate information.
  • Assist in resolving customer issues and escalating them to the appropriate department when necessary.
  • Coordinate onboarding and training programs for new employees.
  • Assist in planning and executing company projects and events.
  • Monitor project timelines and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the Director.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Tourism, Digital Marketing or a related field.
  • Fluent in English (Mandarin Chinese is a plus).
  • Must have a laptop and robust internet infrastructure to support working remotely.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
