Job Description

A Good Opportunity for ..

  • Receive, sort and distribute letters, documents
  • Assist with maintenance of files and documents
  • Update and maintain databases such as mailing lists, contact lists and client information
  • Manage office equipment, machines or properties in office.
  • Monitor and order office supplies as requested
  • Assist and monitor all administrative requirements of other departments
  • Co-ordinate and organize appointments and meetings
  • Assist with event planning and implementation
  • Welcome/Receive visitors relating to work
  • Develop and maintain good working relationships with all relevant local government bureaus, agencies and authorities.
  • Record and monitor expenses daily basis
  • Issue invoices and receipts
  • Perform bookkeeping duties as an accountant
  • Controlling basic functions such as checking invoices and making deposits
  • Responsible for the daily operations of the accounting department
  • Assist in quarterly, year-end, and comparative financial reports.
  • Coordinate semi-annual and year-end financial audit and preparing documents for independent (third-party) auditors.
  • Assist in Financial and tax audits
  • Assist in tax returns and corporate reporting requirements
  • Assist in variable corporate taxes and employees’ income taxes filing
  • Preparation of payroll records and processing of payroll checks and reports
  • Perform other accounting duties, as required or requested
  • Booking and arranging flight tickets, travel plan, transport and accommodation.
  • Assist with typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence.
  • Manage databases and filling systems.
  • Deal with corresponding and phone calls.
  • Check the newspaper and prepare daily brief report in relation to company activities
  • All other work as directed by the chief or the head of the Company
  • Translate, interpret and write the English or Korean Language for official documents, meeting minute and/or work manuals
  • Apply VISA(Extension)/Stay Permit/FRC for the Foreigner MD and GMs

  • (Required) Fluent in spoken and written English
  • (Optional) B.A (Korean) or TOPIK Leve 4~6
  • Minimum 2~3 years of administrative field
  • Computer skill (Word, Excel, Power Point)
  • Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
