  • ဘတ်ဂျက်ရေးဆွဲခြင်း နှင့် တိကျသောမှတ်တမ်းများကို ထိန်းသိမ်းခြင်း။
  • ဝန်ထမ်းများအား သင်တန်းပေးခြင်း နှင့် ကြီးကြပ်ခြင်း ။
  • လုပ်သားများ အလုံအလောက်ရရှိအောင်စီမံ၍ လိုအပ်သောစက်ကိရိယာများဖြင့် အလုပ်လုပ်စေခြင်း ။
  • စိုက်ပျိုးရေးလုပ်ငန်းကိုအမြတ်အစွန်းရရှိပြီး မျှော်မှန်းထားသော ဘဏ္ဋာရေး ရည်မှန်းချက်များ ပြည့်မှီအောင်စီမံဆောင်ရွက်နိုင်ခြင်း ။

  • စက်ကိရိယာ နှင့် စက်ယန္တရားများကို ပြုပြင်ထိန်းသိမ်းခြင်း လုပ်ငန်းများဆောင်ရွက်စီမံနိုင်ခြင်း ။
  • အစိုးရ၏ စည်းမျဉ်းများ နှင့် ကျန်းမာရေး နှင့် ဘေးကင်းရေး စံနှုန်းများကို လိုက်နာဆောင်ရွက်ခြင်း ။
  • ပိုးမွှား နှင့် ရောဂါဆိုင်ရာများ နှင့် ပတ်သက်၍နောက်ဆုံးပေါ် အသိပညာများကို လေ့လာသင်ယူ၍ ကာကွယ်ထိန်းသိမ်းနိုင်ခြင်း ။

Job Requirements

  • B.Agr.Sc (or) Any Graduate with related diploma
  • Min 5 Year experience in  the agriculture sector, especially Magon & Grapes 
  • Good Computer Skill (Microsoft Word, Excel , Powerpoint) and Interpersonal Skills
  • Good in Team Management and Leadership Skills
  • Good Experience and Knowledge in Agriculturing
