Job Description

  • To check and handle cash and bank payment to ensure that payment are in line with Company's policy and internal control procedure
  • To perform monthly closing transactions for responsible accounts
  • To prepare monthly reconciliation of balance sheet notes
  • To prepare and handle intercompany charges
  • To monitor the employee advance and prepare monthly advance report
  • To monitor HQ cash transaction and all bank transaction
  • To prepare weekly and monthly Bank Reconciliation
  • To submit Quarterly Commercial Tax Return
  • To assist to Finance Manager in Bank relation matter
  • To assist to Finance Manager in auditing and tax matter
  • To assist to prepare any adhoc report required by Finance Manager
  • To perform duties as assigned from time to time based on business needs.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field.
  • Diploma in IFR or ACCA Part II
  • At least 3 years experience in Account and Finance Field
  • Experience in Account Payable (especially in checking and verifying invoices)
  • Experience in internet banking process for both local and oversea payment
  • Experience with Accounting Software
  • Advanced computer skills, particularly in Excel
