  1. Lead the financial analysis function, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
  2. Prepare and present timely and accurate financial reports to regulatory bodies and the Board of Directors.
  3. Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and reporting standards.
  4. Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and transparency.
  5. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to provide financial insights and support strategic decision-making.
  6. Manage a team of finance professionals, providing guidance and support as needed.
  7. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in financial analysis and reporting.

Job Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  2. Professional certification such as CPA, ACCA, or related Certificate is highly desirable.
  3. Age under 40 years old.
  4. Minimum of 7 years of experience in financial analysis and reporting, with at least 3 years in management field.
  5. Fluent in English
  6. Proficient in Advanced excel and MS office.
  7. Strong knowledge of financial principles, regulations and reporting standards.
  8. Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
  9. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative and team-oriented approach.
