Job Description

A Good Opportunity for ..

  • Ensure 3PP governance to deliver best quality at optimum cost in network.
  • Follow governance meeting to track all improvement actions from respective stakeholders.
  • Work with Tower Co, Fiber Co to cater business requirements.
  • Measure contractual SLAs and escalate if any performance degradation.
  • Explore alternative options in any circumstance to maintain quality network.
  • Reconcile network incidents and ensure to place in right bucket for all incidents.
  • Explore and initiate to deliver optimal OPEX in daily operations.
  • Ensure preventive maintenance of Radio/Tx sites are completed according to plan and verify to get quality PM.
  • Proactive preparedness of seasonal operations for less impact to the network.
  • Ensure write off process are completed on time for damaged material due to force majeure.

Job Requirements

  • Any Bachelor’s degree or Graduate with engineering background will be given advantage.
  • 5 years working experience with OPCO/TowerCos. 
  • Excellent knowledge of excel and other MS Office applications.
  • Analytical capability, problem solving approach and strong execution skills
  • Good interpersonal and relationship building skills
  • Good verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally
  • Proficiency in financial modeling, spreadsheet, and data visualization
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret complex financial data and extract actionable insights
