Someone who has experienced and highly skilled Assistant Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and managing multiple projects and initiatives within our digital department. You will work closely with various stakeholders and cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery and drive customer acquisition and business growth in the fintech domain. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in project and relationship roles within the Fintech/Payment's domain. Strong communication and presentation skills, along with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, are essential for this role. Additionally, a good understanding of the local and international E-sport industry is advantageous.

• Utilize your extensive industry experience and knowledge to lead and manage projects within the digital department, ensuring successful delivery and achieving business objectives.
• Break down complex problem statements into clear and concise communication for effective collaboration with the team.
• Monitor competitors and industry trends, and use insights to define product roadmaps, improvements, and strategic initiatives in coordination with cross-functional teams.
• Drive the GTM (Go-to-Market) strategy for new product releases, coordinating with the sales and marketing teams to ensure successful product launches and adoption.
• Drive E-sport user acquisition and growth by implementing strategic and competitive campaigns and product initiatives.

• Experience in project and program management roles within the Fintech and Payment's domain.
• Ability to drive and manage multiple strategic projects simultaneously and ensure Business requirements are met.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues, develop innovative solutions, and effectively communicate them to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• In-depth understanding of the competitive landscape, industry trends, and regulatory frameworks in the fintech sector, with the capability to define product roadmaps, improvements, and strategic initiatives accordingly.
• Proven track record of driving successful GTM strategies for new product releases, collaborating with sales and marketing teams to maximize product adoption and revenue generation.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, with the ability to effectively engage and influence internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Finance, or Technology) is required. A master's degree or relevant certifications would be a plus.

• 5+ years of prior experience as a program, project manager or a similar position,
• Degree in business or project management field is required,
• Skillful of Microsoft Excel / Word & PowerPoint,
• Strong organizational skill and willing to learn with “can do” attitude.
• Ability to sort complex set data, track daily activities for project and post monitoring of launched projects for future enhancements.
• Ability to work flexibly, priorities, multi-task, and co-ordinate workloads.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent planning and time management skills.
• Fluent in English and Burmese with ability to take ownership of translation tasks as and when required.
