Job Description:

Position Overview: As a Branch Manager, you'll lead a team of Sales Supervisors and Field Sales Representatives to achieve sales targets
and drive revenue growth in the telecom industry.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to meet targets and increase market share.

Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to deliver outstanding performance.

Sales Operations: Oversee all sales operations, including territory management and forecasting.

Customer Relationship Management: Foster strong customer relationships to drive satisfaction and retention.

Budget Management: Manage branch sales budget and resources effectively.

Reporting and Analysis: Generate reports and analyze data to identify areas for improvement.

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field required; MBA preferred.
  • Proven experience in sales management or leadership role, preferably in the telecom industry.
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and trends.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
