Requirements Analysis & Documentation

• Elicit, analyze, and document detailed business and system requirements through workshops, interviews, data analysis and any requirement gathering techniques.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications, user stories, and process flows
• Support scope definition and change management during project lifecycle

Business Process Improvement

• Evaluate existing workflows and identify optimization opportunities through automation or system enhancements
• Work with stakeholders to redesign inefficient processes and establish measurable KPIs
• Ensure proposed solutions align with both operational and strategic business goals

Stakeholder Collaboration

• Serve as a liaison between business units and IT teams to ensure clear understanding and alignment
• Facilitate discussions between end-users, technical teams, and external vendors to validate requirements and deliverables.
• Manage expectations and maintain transparent communication throughout the project lifecycle

Solution Validation & Quality Assurance

• Support testing phases by validating requirements, reviewing test cases, and coordinating user acceptance testing (UAT)
• Ensure delivered solutions meet agreed business outcomes and compliance standards
• Document and communicate post-implementation feedback and lessons learned

Innovation & Business Insight Enablement

• Leverage insights from projects and operations to propose new digital solutions or efficiency improvements
• Support management with business impact analysis and recommendations for future technology initiatives
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of enterprise processes and data-driven decision-making

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field
• Certification in Business Analysis (CBAP®, PMI-PBA®, or Agile BA) preferred
• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT or digital transformation projects
• Proven ability to work in group/corporate-level environments with multi-sector exposure
• Experience in requirements gathering, process re-engineering, and system integration projects
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong documentation and communication abilities (BRD, FRD, UAT scripts, etc.)
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills
• Proficiency with BA and PM tools (JIRA, Confluence, MS Visio, etc.)
• Adaptable, detail-oriented, and comfortable in fast-paced, evolving environments
