**Job Description:**

We are seeking passionate and driven Business Development Managers to join our team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for acquiring new dealers, managing sales operations, and overseeing promoter activities across various regions. This role requires extensive travel and excellent communication skills to effectively build and maintain relationships with dealers and promote our services.

 

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Market Acquisition:** Identify and acquire new dealers to expand Mobile Care’s market presence. Build and maintain strong relationships with dealer partners to drive sales and market penetration.

- **Sales Management:** Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company goals. Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

- **Promoter Management:** Recruit, train, and manage promoters to effectively represent Mobile Care’s services at dealer locations. Ensure promoters are equipped with the necessary tools and knowledge to drive sales and customer engagement.

- **Nationwide Travel:** Travel extensively to various regions to meet with dealers, conduct sales activities, and oversee promoter operations. Flexibility and willingness to travel are essential.

- **Communication Skills:** Maintain open and effective communication with internal teams, dealers, and promoters. Provide regular updates and reports to the management team.

- **Technical Proficiency:** Utilize computer software and tools for sales tracking, reporting, and analysis. Leverage high knowledge about mobile phones to provide expert guidance and support to dealers and customers.

Job Requirements
