Key Purpose of the Job:
B2B Service Coordination and Reporting
Monitor corporate students’ progress and always make sure that their progress is on track
Capture corporate students’ needs and prepare study plan
Capture student feedback and drive positive student’s experience
Identify the English needs of the corporate students depending on their personas and interests and coordinate with Teaching team and service Team to organize customized classes for corporate students weekly or monthly basis.
Drive student progress by providing on going and consistent support, advice, coaching and feedback along with assigned coaches and service team
Keep up-to-date with the student sentiment in order to capture students concerns and escalate to Corporate Partnerships Manager when issues are raised
Coordinate with B2B Sales Team in brining any potential additional services that might be required
Inform students about upcoming classes, events and activities that are relevant to the student interests
Assist in Organizational English Proficiency Assessment Program where students will be accessed their current English level.
B2B Renewal and Referral Coordination
Build strong relationship with both students and clients to stimulate renewal and referral opportunities
Monitor advising sessions along with service team to generate referral and renewal opportunities
Create touchpoints with both clients and corporate students for renewal and upselling engagement
Conceptualize events to generate B2B referrals and B2B upselling
Report to Corporate Partnerships Manager when students’ purchased levels are going to be finished and encourage students to continue their journey with WSE
Encourage students to bring their family, friends and acquaintances to join WSE
Corporate Partnerships Event Planning and Execution
Conceptualize event ideas along with B2B sales team to promote B2B sales and Partnership Opportunities
Conceptualize event Ideas and Plan along with Internal event specialist to maintain service and students’ engagement
Monitor event invitation process along with B2B Sales team for both service and commercial events
Monitor event execution process along with Marketing and Service Team accordingly
Corporate Partnerships Reporting and Administration
Prepare weekly and monthly Corporate Service Report and present at the weekly meeting
Follow up with Partnered Companies for Career Opportunities and to update monthly promotions and benefits
Create Partnership Leads and update in CRM and follow up with TMK and retail sales accordingly
Prepare Partnerships Channel Leads and shows report and report to Corporate Partnerships Manager
Research and get engaged with potential partners for partnerships opportunities for both students and organization and report to corporate Partnerships Manager
Manage Partnerships appointments, prepare necessary documentation process along with Corporate Partnerships manager

Qualification and Experience Required
Event Management experience
Strong communication skills, both in Myanmar and English (English Testing Result must have WSE Level 11)
Bachelor degree in business/PR/Marketing
Knowledge of MS office packages
