Job Description

An Excellent Opportunity for ...

Supervise of employee database updating, attendance, overtime calculation, leave record and payroll processing.
Perform attendance, salary calculation by accurately, overtime wages and salary record report to Manager.
Maintains the work structure by updating job descriptions and job requirements for all positions.
Hire new employees according to manpower plan and initiate onboarding process.
Prepare employees for assignments by conducting orientation and training programs.
Measure performance appraisal and key performance indicator (KPI) of HR & Admin Team
Perform and process for personal income tax (PIT), social security board (SSB) and employment contract (EC).
Monitor costs and expenses to assists in budget preparation for HR & Admin Department.
Provide technical and logistical support for all administrative tasks, including office management.
Perform and maintain the fixed assets, materials and stationeries.
Monitor the inventory and requisition of office supplies and materials.
Perform monthly charges of billing system of internet, phone and electric meter.
Perform & completion of monthly & quarterly report to Manager.
Perform & following instruction of other related duties required by Manager.

Job Requirements

Any Graduate with Diploma in HR Management (or) Diploma in Business Management.
Age between 28 ~ 35 years.
Must have 5 years experiences in HR & Admin management fields.
Must have expect computer skills (Word, Excel, Power Point) and including HR attendance software.
Understanding HR and Admin management principal and able to work independently.
Understanding Labor law and can be apply.
Good communication and negotiation skills able to engage with all levels of employee.
Excellent interpersonal relationship and communication.
Good in English speaking and writing.
