  • Manage and maintain executive’s schedule, including arranging meetings, appointments, and travel.
  • Translate documents, reports, and other written materials from Myanmar to English.
  • Screen and direct phone calls, emails, and correspondence, ensuring timely and appropriate responses.
  • Organize and coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
  • Book flights, hotels, and other travel-related arrangements.
  • Handle office tasks such as ordering supplies, managing files, and overseeing administrative procedures.
  • Assist with special projects and research as required.
  • Handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality and professionalism.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in English, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Fluency in Myanmar and English.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload.
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
