Job Description

A Big Opportunity for ...

  • Develop and implement performance evaluation processes.
  • Provide coaching and support to managers and employees for performance improvement.
  • Identify training and development needs and coordinate relevant programs.
  • Propose of HR related matters such as budget, planning, analysis, training plans, etc.
  • Implement according to the guideline for the Performance Management System (PMS), KPI, Competencies, SOP and etc.
  • Search the branch marking data of the other local & foreign companies and employee data survey process.
  • Develop and implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement and job satisfaction.
  • Conduct employee surveys and focus groups to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop retention strategies to reduce turnover and retain top talent.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • At least 7 years of experience in Human Resources, with a minimum of 3 years in a manager role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR policies and practices, including employment laws and regulations.
  • Experience in talent management and employee development programs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • Proven leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team of HR professionals.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze HR data and metrics and develop effective strategies and solutions.
