Job Description

A Fantastic Opportunity for ...

  • Assist in planning and organizing HIS and EMR issues
  • Assist in setting up accounts for new users/doctors.
  • Undertake other IT related tasks as required by IT Manager.
  • Supervise IT team
  • Conduct HIS / EMR training to hospital doctors/users and other clinic users.
  • Provide technical support (this may be in person or over the phone)
  • Monitor and maintain Hospital Information System and Lab Information System.
  • Able to respond in a timely manner for HIS/EMR issues.
  • Ensure hospital/patients related information are secure and backup properly.
  • Provide services and support to meet the departmental KPI.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Report to IT Manager.

Job Requirements

  • BE IT, Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science and IT related field
  • At least 2 years of work experience in IT preferable in hospital experiences
  • Good communication skills
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Effective team-working skills
  • Decision making skills
