Job Description

A Good Opportunity for ..

  • Perform technical support to computer Hardware/Software, Windows OS installation and troubleshooting.
  • Printer, Projector, wifi installation and troubleshooting
  • Network setup and troubleshooting
  • CCTV installation and troubleshooting
  • Assist in Monitoring the network performance and oversee Antivirus protection for all computers and servers.
  • Maintain IT asset documentation and checklists.
  • Perform any other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
  • Prepare documentations, procedure, manuals, standards, checklists, guides, helpdesk supports for IT Application & Infrastructure systems including data, process, and business flow of system to comply to ISO 9001:2015 Quality Guidelines to ensure IT department pass the ISO Audits without any compliance issues.
  • Any other duties and responsibilities as assigned from time to time.

Job Requirements

  • At least 2 years of working experience as a Network/Hardware Technician
  • Any Graduate/ Diploma and Certificate from IT industry
  • Good knowledge in update IT related products
  • Good knowledge and experiences in computer, Network maintenance and troubleshooting
  • Fair skill in MS-Office and Good experiences in MS-outlook
  • Good understanding of mobile devices and other related products.
  • Good Problem-solving skills
  • Positive-attitude, self-motivated and work ethics
  • Good in English communication skill
