• Facilitate communication between IT and other departments to align application
functionality with business requirements.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements within IT and business operations,
implement best practices to enhance efficiency and productivity.
• Coordinate with project teams, stakeholders, and vendors to manage application-related
projects.
• Develop project plans, timelines, ensuring projects are completed on time and within
scope.
• Work with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, develop and
maintain documentation for new and existing processes.
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of software applications, ensuring they run smoothly
and efficiently
• Monitor application performance and troubleshoot issues promptly
• Provide technical support and guidance to end-users regarding application use and
issues, ensure that IT solutions meet quality standards and business requirements.
• Develop and deliver training programs and materials to enhance users’ proficiency in
using applications.
• Create and maintain documentation for applications and support procedures
• Manage relationships with software vendors and service providers, ensure vendor
deliverables meet contractual requirements and business expectations.
• Coordinate with vendors for application support and maintenance, evaluate vendor
performance.
• Knowledge of database management, SQL, and data integration techniques
• Excellent technical documentation skills including generation of process documentation
and reports.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for all IT processes and systems.

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7-9 years of experience in application management, IT project management,
or business analysis or a related field
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and project
management methodologies.
• Knowledge of database management, SQL, and data integration techniques.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Experience in conducting user testing and training
