• Facilitate communication between IT and other departments to align applicationfunctionality with business requirements.• Identify opportunities for process improvements within IT and business operations,implement best practices to enhance efficiency and productivity.• Coordinate with project teams, stakeholders, and vendors to manage application-relatedprojects.• Develop project plans, timelines, ensuring projects are completed on time and withinscope.• Work with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, develop andmaintain documentation for new and existing processes.• Oversee the day-to-day operations of software applications, ensuring they run smoothlyand efficiently• Monitor application performance and troubleshoot issues promptly• Provide technical support and guidance to end-users regarding application use andissues, ensure that IT solutions meet quality standards and business requirements.• Develop and deliver training programs and materials to enhance users’ proficiency inusing applications.• Create and maintain documentation for applications and support procedures• Manage relationships with software vendors and service providers, ensure vendordeliverables meet contractual requirements and business expectations.• Coordinate with vendors for application support and maintenance, evaluate vendorperformance.• Knowledge of database management, SQL, and data integration techniques• Excellent technical documentation skills including generation of process documentationand reports.• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for all IT processes and systems.

Job Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.• Minimum of 7-9 years of experience in application management, IT project management,or business analysis or a related field• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and projectmanagement methodologies.• Knowledge of database management, SQL, and data integration techniques.• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.• Experience in conducting user testing and training
