Job Description

  • Install and configure computer hardware and software operating systems and applications
  • Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks
  • Communicate with staff and customers through a series of actions, either face-to-face or over the phone, to help set up systems or resolve issues
  • Troubleshoot network problems
  • Diagnose and solve hardware or software errors
  • Replace parts as required with approval from Administrative Manager
  • Provide IT-related operational support, including
  • Procedural documentation and relevant reports
  • Follow diagrams and written instructions to repair IT errors and set up systems
  • Monitor and maintain schedules to update or upgrade all IT-related systems and applications    
  • Support the roll-out of new IT systems and applications
  • Create new users' accounts and profiles and solve IT related issues  
  • Respond within  agreed  time limits to IT  requests
  • Work continuously on a task  until completion or referral to third parties, if appropriate with approval from the Administrative Manager
  • Prioritize and manage IT cases
  • Rapidly establish good working relationships with customers and other professionals, such as software developers and IT providers
  • Test, evaluate and recommend new technology      
  • Conduct necessary safety checks on computer equipment and software
  • Follow instructions from and report to Administrative Manager

Job Requirements

  • Any Graduated (prefer on IT related majors)
  • Prefer experience as an IT helpdesk or support technician
  • Familiarity conversant with MS Office Package, Outlook, and Microsoft teams
  • Ability to communicate effectively at all levels within an organization
  • Integrity and professional ethics
