Job Description

An Excellent Opportunity for ...

Repairing all types of hardware, plumbing, electrical equipment including lamps, air conditioners, replacing electrical switches, outlets and programming TV’s.
repairing and/or adjusting all types of hardware, plumbing, electrical, HVAC equipment
To clean, lubricate, protect and otherwise maintain all tools and equipment in the resort.
To protect and otherwise maintain your assigned tool pouch and its tools at the discretion of the Engineering Management.
To be available for any emergencies and act in an engineering capacity to protect our guest and associates and preserve the building and its systems during the emergency.
To act as quickly and responsibly as possible to return the building to its normal operating status.
Fire alarm/ Life safety System- to monitor and perform test system as necessary, to be fully informed of the system operation and to handle emergencies involving the system. To have a working knowledge of fire sprinkler and emergency power systems.
To clean all engineering areas as directed by Management. To work in a neat and efficient manner, keeping work areas clean and well organized. To serve as otherwise directed or needed to help maintain the effective and efficient operation of the resort.
Complete all work assigned in a safe and professional manner.
Always follow all Resort rules and policies
Other duties may be assigned.

Job Requirements

Any Graduated and have related experiences over 4 years (Prefer Maintenance Engineering field)
Age prefers under 50 years old
Must be flexible in terms of working hours and schedules
Must be able to communicate and disseminate information
Must have good communication and leadership skill
Follow all company and safety and security policies and procedures.
