Monitor and supervise the maintenance technician/helper’s daily activities.
Conduct daily round checks and inspections of all systems inside warehouses, offices, and the compound.
Schedule routine maintenance for all systems.
Perform minor electrical maintenance, including but not limited to, replacement or repair of fixtures (e.g., wall switches, sockets, outlets, fluorescent bulbs and tubes, sockets, fuses, minor appliances, cords, etc.) using appropriate hand, power, and specialty tools.
Keep a daily record of generator running hours, fuel usage, and electricity consumption.
Prepare work orders and incident reports based on work processes.
Perform and monitor surveying, quotation, and installation for minor projects.
Calculate the monthly electricity usage cost for customers in the compound.
Plan weekly and monthly inspections of each system for the maintenance technicians/helpers.
Report to the Assistant Facility Manager and inform the operations team and management if any system fails, and prepare to repair or replace it immediately.
Directly contact the procurement team to arrange other work processes.
Report to the assistant manager for budget planning of each system's maintenance and annual inspections.
