  1. Lead, monitor and manage the marketing operation function(s)
  2. Accurate and understand the nature of operations
  3. Lead the whole redemption operations and ensure the effectiveness of the operations
  4. Monitoring employee or third-party productivity and providing constructive feedback and coaching
  5. Set goals for performance and deadlines in ways that comply with department’s plans
  6. Organize workflow and ensure that employees understand their duties or delegated task
  7. Work with internal team and external team/agencies for flawless market operations
  8. Ensure the performance against KPIs

Job Requirements

  1. Any Graduate
  2. Minimum 5 years’ experience in FMCG with at least 3 year experiences in similar role  
  3. Able to work closely with on ground team and willing to travel around the country
  4. Independence working style
  5. Strong operation management and negotiation skills
  6. Able to analyze the situation and covert into action plans
  7. Good at MS office tools skills
  8. Productive, accurate and able to drive the team to deliver the project
  9. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
