  • Maintains and improves quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines recommending improved procedures.
  • Provides innovative ideas an overall customer satisfaction for service improvement.
  • Train to call center agents to improve customer service quality.
  • To prepare weekly and monthly reports in time.

Job Requirements

  • Any graduated.
  • Minium (4) years experience in call center and banking service.
  • Good tone of voice communication and negotiation skill.
  • Strong knowledge of CC software and CRM software.
  •  Fluent in Microsoft Office applications.
