On GP ( General Practitioner) Training Effort :

-Attend all internal doctor training sessions ( both virtual and in person, regardless of geographical locations) designed and delivered by the teaching team of MMDoc

-Localize UMP China's GOLD ( General Practice Oriented Learning and Development) GP training program content ( not limited to translation and video-shooting) to English and Burmese

-Provide training to doctors ( and nurses) enrolled in the local Myanmar GOLD training program

-Recruit and attract other doctors to attend the local Myanmar GOLD GP training program via different channels

On Medical Service ( Telemedicine and physical) Effort:

-Provide quality medical services ( telemedicine and clinical) relevant to the doctor's specialty, training and assignment

-Coordinate MMDoc's medical services ( telemedicine and clinical) and training to be in-line with MMDoc's vision and mission

- Review and develop strategies with MMDoc leadership and techinal teams to enhance existing projects related to medical services & training to realize MMDoc's vision and mission

Develop new and strengthen existing connections in Myanmar, with a view for further promoting MMDoc telemedicine services and GP training program

Expectations;

-Become an ambassador for the localized Myanmar GOLD GP training program with the vision of improving the service standard of GPs enrolled in the program

•   Proactive in designing, coordinating, and creating program curriculum and content for the GOLD training program
• Willing to develop and stretch your existing capability from a capable doctor to a professional medical trainer.

- Actively participatd in on-going learning and training to improve clinical consultation skills

• Appreciate and advocate evidence-based practice
• Promote and participate in lifelong learning in the field of medicine

- Willing to embrace new challenges/ duties beyond an ordinary doctor
