1. Video Production and Editing:
   - Edit raw video footage into cohesive, engaging, and polished final products.
   - Incorporate music, sound effects, and graphics to enhance the overall quality of videos.
   - Ensure all video content aligns with the hospital's branding guidelines and standards.

2. Content Creation:
   - Collaborate with the digital team to plan and produce video content for various platforms including social media, the hospital website, and internal communications.
   - Develop video concepts and scripts in collaboration with the content team.
   - Shoot video footage when necessary, ensuring high production values.

3. Post-Production:
   - Perform color correction, audio mixing, and other post-production tasks to ensure professional-quality output.
   - Review and select the best takes and footage for each project.

4. Technical Expertise:
   - Maintain up-to-date knowledge of video editing software, tools, and trends (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects).
   - Troubleshoot technical issues related to video production and post-production processes.

5. Project Management:
   - Manage multiple video projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of content.
   - Organize and archive video assets systematically for easy retrieval.

6. Collaboration:
   - Work closely with other departments to create video content that meets their needs and objectives.
   - Provide guidance and support to staff involved in video production activities.

7. Quality Assurance:
   - Conduct thorough reviews of video content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to the hospital's messaging and quality standards.
   - Implement feedback from stakeholders to refine and improve video outputs.

Job Requirements

- Proven experience as a video editor, with a strong portfolio showcasing a variety of video content.
- Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, and After Effects.
- Strong understanding of video formats, codecs, and best practices for web and social media.
- Excellent visual storytelling skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Basic knowledge of camera operation and lighting techniques is a plus.
