  1. Lead a team of technicians, offering support and training to enhance their performance.
  2. Resolve issues promptly to maintain seamless communication services.
  3. Regularly evaluate the telecom infrastructure, identifying and implementing improvements.
  4. Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance, ensuring all issues are resolved.
  5. Ensure the team follows all health and safety procedures in their daily operations.
  6. Oversee the department's budget, ensuring cost-effective operations.
  7. Prepare and present reports on team performance and infrastructure status to upper management.
  8. Develop and implement emergency response protocols for telecom failures.

Must have 3 years’ experience in Generator Service & Maintenance(Passive parts) , telecom equipment on site (Active part)
